1930年，美國骨科醫生(Stanton K. Livingston)採用蛆作為治療膿毒性傷口，任由經培養及已消毒的蛆去食瘸肉(maggot therapy)；1935年Gerhard Domagk首先使用磺胺類藥(Prontosil)作為全身或局部傷口抗菌作用；1939年爆發二次世界大戰，更加速傷口治療的進步，1940年紐西蘭外科醫生(Archibald Mclndoe)採用鹽水浴作為燒傷治療，並開始外科整形手術；1941年英國牛津大學團隊的傅洛瑞Howard Florey和錢恩(Ernst Boris Chain)最先純化並大量製造盤尼西林(Penicillin)，並於Lancet發表使用於人體作為全身或局部傷口抗菌作用1；1967年，磺胺銀藥膏(Silver Sulfadiazine, SSD)開始使用在燒傷傷口2，1968年，Phillips就在Lancet發表使用外用醋酸來治療綠膿桿菌傷口感染患者3，1980年代在Lancet更有多篇文章討論使用砂糖來治療感染性傷口4-6，1980年代末期到1990年代初期，以消毒的蛆來治療困難傷口的療法又開始盛行7（如圖）。

想請問運用醋酸換葯的方式，能不能給予換葯的順序。
回覆刪除可以稀釋成1-5％的醋酸（或食用醋），取代優碘消毒，若刺激性較大導致疼痛，則於一分鐘後洗掉，若患者可接受，也可取代生理食鹽水，用濕紗布填塞傷口
